Narrative

Joe Whitson is interested in how public history intersects with environmental studies and American Indian studies, specifically how public history can be used to influence social memory and develop policy. He is currently working with the Minnesota Historical Society to develop and execute public programming at the James J. Hill House and is a co-leader of the Heritage Studies and Public History Graduate Group.
